Contractor Subscription Terms
Monthly and Annual Priority Membership gives your business priority consideration for suitable job enquiries sourced through Trade Source IRE, including enquiries from our website, social media activity, relevant online forums and direct customer contact. Priority Members may be actively put forward where their trade, service area, availability and project fit are suitable, and membership includes Tradesmen Showcase inclusion. The separate €16.95/month Company Advertisement plan provides Tradesmen Showcase visibility for your services and previous work only; it does not include priority or active recommendation for general job enquiries unless a customer specifically asks for your showcased company.
1. Subscription Overview
Trade Source IRE offers Monthly and Annual Priority Contractor Membership plus a Showcase-only Company Advertisement plan. Priority Membership allows approved contractors to be prioritised and actively considered for suitable job enquiries sourced through Trade Source IRE, and includes a Tradesmen Showcase profile. Company Advertisement is an advertising-only listing for displaying company information, services and previous work; it does not receive general-enquiry priority and is not actively put forward unless a customer specifically requests that showcased company.
2. Subscription Fees
Priority Contractor Membership is €22.95 per month or €250 per year. The Tradesmen Showcase Company Advertisement plan is €16.95 per month. Payment is processed securely through Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. What the Subscription Includes
The subscription may include:
- Priority consideration for suitable job enquiries for active Monthly and Annual Priority Members, including opportunities sourced through our website, social media activity, relevant online forums and direct customer contact, where available
- Tradesmen Showcase inclusion for active Monthly and Annual Priority Members, including company services and previous work supplied for the profile
- Tradesmen Showcase advertising for active Company Advertisement subscribers to display company information, services and previous work
- Showcase-only advertisers are not actively recommended for general job enquiries; if a customer specifically requests that showcased company, Trade Source IRE may provide the supplied business details and help make the connection
- Priority Members may be actively recommended or put forward where a job is a suitable match; Showcase-only advertisers are not actively put forward for general enquiries
- Inclusion in Trade Source IRE’s contractor network, subject to review
- Ongoing access while the subscription remains active and the contractor remains approved
4. No Guarantee of Work
No subscription guarantees any specific number of leads, enquiries, confirmed jobs, revenue, customer responses or completed projects. Priority means Trade Source IRE may give active Monthly and Annual Priority Members earlier/preferential consideration and may actively put them forward when a suitable job enquiry sourced through the website, social media activity, relevant forums or direct customer contact matches their trade, service area, availability and project requirements. This is not a guarantee of contact or work. The Company Advertisement plan does not receive that general-enquiry priority or active recommendation; it is a Showcase advertising service unless a customer specifically requests the advertised company.
Customer demand may vary by trade, location, season, and market conditions.
5. Contractor Approval
Contractor applications may be reviewed before or after subscription signup. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or remove a contractor from the network if we believe it is appropriate.
6. Contractor Responsibilities
Contractors are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business and contact information
- Holding suitable insurance, licences, qualifications, and registrations where required
- Responding to customers professionally and honestly
- Agreeing pricing, scope, timelines, and terms directly with customers
- Completing work safely and lawfully
7. Independent Contractors
Contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Trade Source IRE.
8. Payment and Billing
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. By completing subscription payment, you authorise recurring charges based on your selected billing option until the subscription is cancelled.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry payment or notify you. Access to lead opportunities may be paused or cancelled if payment is not completed.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription in line with our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee a refund for payments already made.
11. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by law or agreed by Trade Source IRE in writing.
12. Removal from Network
We may remove or suspend a contractor from the network for reasons including poor conduct, inaccurate information, customer complaints, failure to maintain required standards, or non-payment.
13. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
