1. About Trade Source IRE

Trade Source IRE connects homeowners, businesses, developers, and other customers with trade professionals and contractor businesses across Ireland.

References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Trade Source IRE” mean Trade Source IRE. References to “you” mean any person using this website, submitting an enquiry, applying as a contractor, or using our services.

2. Use of this Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in a way that may damage the website, interfere with other users, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems.

3. Customer Enquiries

Customers may submit quote requests or project details through the website. We may review these details and aim to connect customers with suitable trade professionals where available.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that a quote will be provided, or that any work will be carried out.

4. Contractor Applications

Contractors may apply to join the Trade Source IRE contractor network. We may review business details before accepting or continuing a contractor listing, membership, or subscription.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or remove a contractor from the network where we believe it is appropriate, including where information provided is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or where service standards are not met.

5. Contractor Subscriptions

Contractors may be asked to complete a monthly subscription through Stripe. Subscription terms are set out further in our Contractor Subscription Terms.

A contractor subscription gives access to customer enquiries and lead opportunities. It does not guarantee any number of leads, confirmed jobs, revenue, or customer conversions.

6. No Guarantee of Workmanship

Trade Source IRE is a connection service. Contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Trade Source IRE.

Any contract for work, pricing, timing, materials, warranties, insurance, or workmanship is agreed directly between the customer and the contractor.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers should make their own checks before hiring any contractor. This may include checking insurance, qualifications, references, pricing, timelines, and written terms for the work.

8. Contractor Responsibility

Contractors are responsible for ensuring that they hold any required licences, insurance, qualifications, registrations, and permissions needed to carry out their services.

Contractors must provide accurate information and must deal with customers honestly, professionally, and lawfully.

9. Payments

Payments for contractor subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. Payments for trade work are normally agreed directly between the customer and the contractor unless otherwise stated.

10. Website Content

Website content is provided for general information only. We aim to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Source IRE will not be liable for loss, damage, delay, poor workmanship, disputes, missed appointments, payment issues, or any other issue arising between customers and contractors.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
